Cancellation Policy
Appointment Prep
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes, NO makeup, NO contacts,NO caffeine
Late policy
Please arrive to your appointment on time, having completed the appointment prep. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no show
Cancellation policy
Cancellations or rescheduling your appointment must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice will result in a full payment before arrival of next appointment and charged for full appointment missed
No show policy
No showing will result in a non-refundable deposit from appointment and full payment before arrival of next appointment
A third no show will result in being blocked from booking
Refund policy
There will be no refunds of any service or used product. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 48 hours of the service and we will do our best to correct the issue or offer a complimentary touch up.
Fill policy
Fills must be booked within 3 weeks of your previous appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with less than 30% of your lashes remaining you will be charged for a full set.
